Pricing questions
Is it really free? What's the catch?
It's really free — all modules, all features, no user limits, no credit card. Oplero is in beta and we're prioritizing real teams using it over early revenue. The catch, if any, is that you're using a young product and we'll ask for your feedback.
What happens when paid plans arrive?
After the beta we plan one simple price: $1.99 per user per month — no tiers, no per-module upsells. Early users will get advance notice well before anything changes, plus fair conditions as a thank-you for being here first. No surprises.
Are there any limits during the beta?
No artificial ones. All modules can be enabled, and you can invite your whole team. If we ever introduce limits, they'll come with the pricing announcement, not before it.
Who owns my data, and can I get it out?
You do. Data can be imported from CSV and Excel with a preview and error report, exported back out at any time, and accessed via the REST API. Leaving should be as easy as arriving — that keeps us honest.
How is my data secured?
Sign-in supports two-factor authentication (TOTP) with backup codes and passkeys (WebAuthn). Workspaces are fully isolated from each other, login attempts are throttled, and an audit log records actions with user, IP and time.
